David Paul delivers a virtual talk on the “Dam Safety program and positive impacts on critical infrastructure.
The 2020-2021 DFI Traveling Lecturer, David Paul, presented a virtual lecture, “Forty Years of Dam & Levee Safety” to the ASCE New York chapter. The lecture focused on the failure of the Teton Dam in 1976 and the resultant Dam Safety Program that established a safety protocol. The lecture reviewed the positive impacts the Dam Safety Program has had on critical infrastructure.
