The Deep Foundations Institute (DFI) is hosting its eighth annual SuperPile conference on May 6-8, 2015, at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Kissimmee, FL.
SuperPile ’15, a collaboration of nine DFI Technical Committees, will include presentations on the latest developments in driven piles, augered cast-in-place/drilled displacement piles, micropiles, marine foundations, testing and evaluation of foundation systems, seismic and lateral loads, drilled shafts, ground improvement, and helical piles and tiebacks.
During the two-day conference, invited and selected presentations will highlight exceptional performance and design of high-capacity deep foundations elements based on allowable stress, resistance factors and code provisions. Case histories will supplement presentations on design and construction, new technologies and ideas for future advancements and developments. Panel discussions on interesting topics will provide attendees opportunities to share new ideas. Equipment, material and instrumentation suppliers, contractors, engineers and other vendors will exhibit their products and services.
