Call for abstracts are being accepted for DFI-India 2019, 9th Annual Conference on Deep Foundation Technologies for Infrastructure Development in India, being held November 15-16, 2019, at the National Academy of Construction (NAC), Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This event is being organized by DFI of India in collaboration with NAC and Indian Geotechnical Society Hyderabad Chapter. Abstracts are due April 5, 2019.
Abstracts for papers that focus on a safe and sustainable future with respect to technology, equipment, work methods, skilled workforce, quality and productivity and case studies are being accepted under four major topics:
The DFI-India 2019 conference provides a forum for a wide range of geo-professionals to present, discuss and debate all aspects of latest deep foundation technologies appropriate for the faster development, expansion and improvement of India’s critical infrastructure. Presentations will highlight the latest and appropriate geo-technologies, contract and project management procedures, work methods, latest equipment and tools, and the skill development programs needed in India. The conference is being preceded by a technical workshop on a relevant foundation theme on November 14, 2019.
