EFFC/DFI Carbon Calculator Webinar

During this 1-hour presentation, the DFI Sustainability Committee (re)introduced a useful tool developed with the European Federation of Foundation Contractors: the EFFC/DFI Carbon Calculator. With this free tool, you can determine the carbon footprint rather easily for many geotechnical solutions.
Presenters for this event are:
Gerald Verbeek, MSc, Allnamics Pile Testing Experts BV has 20 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry and now actively promotes soil and foundation testing philosophies and equipment. He is active in various organizations such as TRB, DFI and ASTM where he has served in several leadership roles on their committees.
Kimberly Martin, Ph.D., P.E., Senior Engineer – Innovation and Sustainability, Keller has over 13 years of experience in the geotechnical industry working as lead engineer on development projects across the globe. She has devoted much of her career to improving diversity and inclusion within the engineering community. She serves on the sustainability committees of DFI and GeoInstitute and on the editorial panel for Engineering Sustainability, journal of the Institute of Civil Engineers.
