November 30, 2023, Hawthorne, N.J.: DFI’s membership voted to elect two new members to the DFI Board of Trustees. Their terms begin on January 1, 2024. Members also re-elected four trustees for new 3-year terms.

This award recognizes individuals who have made exceptionally valuable contributions to the advancement of the deep foundations industry.

February 8, 2023, Chennai, India: DFI of India announces the appointment of a new chair and new vice chair. Mohan Ramanathan has been named as chair of DFI of India after serving as vice chair. He succeeds I.V. Anirudhan. In addition, Sunil S. Basarkar, Ph.D., has been appointed as vice chair of DFI of India after serving on the executive committee.
