May 5, 2022, Hawthorne, N.J.: Harry Poulos, Ph.D., D.Sc. Eng., seniorconsultant, Tetra Tech Coffey, and emeritus professor of civil engineering, University of Sydney, has been invited to present the DFI Osterberg Memorial Lecture at SuperPile ’22. The annual SuperPile conference, hosted by DFI in partnership with ADSC, is taking place at the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark in Missouri on June 15-17.

May 5, 2022, Hawthorne, N.J.: The Deep Foundations Institute (DFI) Educational Trust recently awarded two $5,000 scholarships to civil engineering students focusing on geotechnical and/or environmental engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Condon Civil Engineering Scholarship Fund and Goble Rausche Likins Scholarship Fund. Applications are being accepted through May 16.

The event is led by DFI’s Deep Foundations for Landslides/Slope Stabilization Committee and the DFI-ADSC Anchored Earth Retention Committee with contributions from six additional DFI committees that support the subject matter.
