Student Scholarships
The DFI Educational Trust provides scholarships to undergraduate and graduate students studying in the fields of geotechnical and foundation engineering and construction management. Scholarships are available through school-specific funds, open to students at specific engineering institutions, and at-large funds, open to any student studying in a related field. DFI recognizes that the future of our industry depends on our ability to encourage and engage promising young engineers to consider careers in the deep foundations industry.

Applicants will need to submit only one application to be considered for all of the above scholarships except *Goble Rausche Likins Scholarship.
Women in Deep Foundations Committee Professional Development Grants
The DFI Educational Trust and the Deep Foundations Institute (DFI) Women in Deep Foundations Committee are proud to provide professional development grant opportunities to women involved in design and construction of deep foundations. The goal of DFI’s Women in Deep Foundations Committee is to increase networking opportunities and improve retention of female professionals in the deep foundations industry. The future of our industry depends upon diversity, which can be influenced by encouraging promising female professionals to remain in deep foundations careers.
