The DFI of India, “Women in Deep Foundations” (WiDF) is a group of women and men working together to enhance professional opportunities for women in the deep foundation industry. This group is also working towards building a network of successful and diverse engineering professionals, in turn establishing a resource to the civil engineering community and foster younger generation of engineers.

The group brings a series of interactive webinars for key learnings & overcoming challenges in Civil Engineering profession also introducing different types of career opportunities across the industry.

The panelists of session 1 will share their stories, voicing on their responsibilities and experience as a Civil/Geotechnical engineer and will share the opportunities for women engineers outside India.
